Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using CryptoReports (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

  1. License We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and these Terms.
  2. Not a wallet; no trading CryptoReports is a read-only reporting utility. It does not send or receive cryptocurrency, does not place orders, does not manage on-chain addresses or seed phrases, and does not custody funds.
  3. Read-only credentials The App requires a read-only API key from your exchange to fetch historical data. You are responsible for creating, managing, and revoking your API key on the exchange. Do not use keys with trading or withdrawal permissions.
  4. Subscriptions and billing CryptoReports offers auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial. Refunds are handled by Apple.
  5. No financial advice The App provides informational reports only. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
  6. User obligations You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use non-read-only credentials. You are responsible for the security of your device and Apple ID.
  7. Privacy Please see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
  8. Disclaimers; limitation of liability The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the App.
  9. Changes We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date.
  10. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil without regard to its conflict of law principles.
